Hard reset erases everything—almost

I've picked up a new Axim x50v and I'm going to sell my iPAQ h3870 and all the accessories. How do I clear the permanent PIM? I can do a hard reset and clear out the normal stuff, but would like to clear the PIM before this hits eBay.

A hard reset will clear the PIM data as well.

In the case of a device with user-accessible flash ROM—called the "File Store" on HP devices—a hard reset does not delete the data or files you've stored in the File Store. Back up utilities usually give you the option of placing the backup file in the File Store. You must use File Explorer to manually delete any files you have there.

Trouble installing version 2, Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC

I have Adobe Acrobat Reader for Pocket PC version 1 already installed on my iPAQ h3950 and have been having problems installing version 2 in its place (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readerforppc.html). I uninstalled version 1 and then tried installing version 2, but it won't let me finish the installation, displaying a message that version 1 is still installed. Does anyone know where on the Pocket PC I can find hidden Adobe files, so I can delete them manually?
