Rumors are about that Verizon and Sprint will be offering the HTC Touch Diamond and HTC Touch Pro. Plus, there’s a great video on YouTube of the amazing Touch Pro interface. This week we’ll also note a few reviews of the new HP iPAQ 910 and leaked information about the Treo 850.

It has been quite some time since Palm has come to the table with a new Windows Mobile Professional device: enter the Treo 800W, WM 6.1. At first glance it doesn’t appear all that different than its predecessor, the Treo 750W. But there are some subtle and not so subtle differences.
The new Treo is much thinner, the screen is the same size, there is a Sprint logo on the top, there are two new hardware buttons—one for mail, one for calendar, the keyboard keys have a new look and feel-they are flat instead of rounded and therefore seem to have less definition.

My Best and Worst Mobile Device Experience

When we were recently asked to pen a blog entry on our best and worst mobile device experiences, I could not help but crack a smile. I quickly remembered what brought me over to the Windows Mobile world a few years ago. I was originally a Palm OS user, but it was the problems I had when using that system that caused me to look elsewhere for something better. Let me share the experience that first made me a Windows Mobile man.

So you’ve been hanging onto your trusty 8125 for a while now, waiting for the next PPC from HTC to knock your socks off. Perhaps you bought the 8525 when it first landed on the shelves and have been wondering what the new 8925 has under its hood to lure you to that annual upgrade you crave. Skype phone

The new Skype phone, using Voice Over IP (VOIP), is due to be released this week in Britain, and is scheduled to be released across Europe and Asia through the rest of this year. Reports show that the new phone will retail for £49.99 and includes 3G internet capability, a media player and a 2 megapixel camera to boot.

Being a lover of all things gadget, I was compelled to place the iPhone at the top of my list for new goodies. Having used the Apple iPhone from day 2 of its release to present day has left me with a mix of joy, pain, learning and frustration; very similar to having children oddly enough. Having used this device for over 2 months gives me a better perspective on reviewing it without being influenced by the hype surrounding its initial release and debunk some myths that I commonly hear from others who are curious about it but are afraid to own one.

A: This question is not very easy to answer. All depends on how many devices you are ready to have with you. The less you need strictly converged (all-in-one) devices, the more, cheaper and the better choices you have.
