other ways to connect to wifi other than wifi SDs?

Hi, Are there any other ways for an iPAQ h2200 to go online via wifi other than an SD card?

Has anyone tried a USB wifi adapter connected to a USB adapter to connect to the socket at the base of the PDA? [B)]
