I recently purchased a Tom Tom One XL and I also have an LG VX8300 phone through Verizon Wireless. I'm trying to set up the bluetooth connection and am having lots of difficulty, even with the info I've found online from various sources for manually setting it up using the following steps:
1. Phone selection - other
2. Carrier selection - other
3. Access point - vzw3g
4. Username - (Your Phone Number)@vzw3g.com eg. 5555555555@vzw3g.com
5. Password - vzw
When prompted for IP/DNS/DHCP settings select "Automatic"
6. Number to dial - #777
7. Scripts - (Leave blank)
I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I'm so frustrated by this....Can anyone help?
