I have a Toshiba e335 & I'm looking at getting a 64mg SD card for it. Does anyone know of a review of these things? Are they all the same? Anyone with an opinion? I'd like to avoid a lemon if I can. Thanks!
I have seen that some Toshiba owners have experienced problems with Sandisk brand cards, however I have used them for some time-on several PDAs (including Toshiba) without a problem. I suspect it is a quality control problem with Sandisk as the reported issues seem to end when the cards were replaced.
I don't remember seeing any significant issues with any other brand name. I do recommend that you buy a major brand product: Viking, Lexar etc. over an off brand that might be less expensive. These days 64mb cards have come down so much in price that it pays to invest in the quality.
Check CompUSA they have a big deal on Lexar.
I have 256mg SD and i only pad around $50 or less with rebate.
On another forum i go to they also said they have problems after awhile with there cards too.

Wow 256mb! I don't know what the heck I'd put on that. Well, I couldn't wait any longer. I ended up getting a Lexar 64mb card. So far it's worked great. No problems. It was just under $40. I've put a bunch a pics & themes on it. Thanks for the info guys. Later.
I bet 64 won't last you too long! I started with 128 and moved to 256 for all my e-books, MP3 files, and MS Office reference files....it fills up quickly.

I'll second that. I have a 128mb CF card and I didn't even get 1/4 of the music I wanted on it. I am thinking about getting a hard drive though.
