How do I transfer iPhone skin software from my PC to my Treo 6800

Hi guys,

 

I got a cool iPhone mod that I want to install on my phone from www.bestiphonetheme.com  and I don't know how to get it from my PC to my phone.  I tried to email it to my phone and download it, but it didn't work.

 

Any suggestions?
