I dropped my 5450 and now it boots up and, as usual, requests that I enter my password. Problem is that the screen is not aligned so the "hot spots" are nut under the graphic display of the numbers. Since I don't know where to tap, I cannot enter the password. I tried soft reset but that did not affect the problem. I can't seem to sync without entering the password. What now?? Any ideas?

Do you have a recent backup? Unless you want to keep trying the password the only thing I can think of is doing a hard-reset and starting over. Probably not the news you wanted to hear though...

Thanks. I do have a backup so I can try to do a hard reset and restore from there. Not sure if all my software will be restored but c'est la vie
Appreciate your quick response

I'm afraid he is correct. As to software- I always recommend keeping a backup program on any device just in case. They are well worth the cost.
