About 6 months ago I bought an acer n10 and then a week ago I also bought a compact flash wi-fi card (fujitsu-siemens c-1100)but I can't make it work!
First i installed drivers on the cd
then i downloaded new drivers from FuSi site
then googling here and there i discovered that C-1100 is a re-labeled xi815 so i tried to use drivers for this card...
Finally I downloaded generic drivers for prism chipset used by the cf.
Results are always the same: when i put the cf into the slot the ppc detect it (beeping sound), then asks me the name of the driver, but when I write the name (prismncs) the cf led instead of blinking simply turn on and when i try to open cf configuration program it doesn't detect the card.
If i disconnect and reconnect the card the ppc asks me again for drivers and so on.
I even tried to make a hard reset repeating all the steps described without success
And now i'm here asking for help and apologizing for my lousy english. Any idea?
