About Me

Bio: Chris Tilley is the Senior Editor and owner of HPC:Factor (http://www.hpcfactor.com). His involvement in the Windows CE community started back in 2000 with the Handheld PC, and his work with Windows CE devices remains centric to the true freedoms offered by the platform. Chris works as a freelance IT consultant in the South East of England and in between writing for HPC:Factor is part of a management team of a small record label.
