Tip: Use "Copy Contact" option to duplicate information

If you need to enter multiple new contacts into your device and they have much of the same information, such as several people from the same company, you can use the Copy Contact option instead of creating a new Contact for each person. Follow these steps:
  1. Open the Contacts list view and highlight the Contact you want to duplicate.
  2. Select Menu >Copy Contact (pre-WM 5 touch screen devices: Tools >Copy Contacts). A copy of the highlighted Contact will appear in the Contacts list (below the one you copied).
  3. Open the duplicated Contact, select Menu >Edit (pre-WM 5 touch screen devices: Select Edit in the lower left of the screen).
  4. Modify the duplicate contact as necessary (change the name, phone number, etc.)
  5. Tap on OK to save the changes.

The days are gone when mobile content meant a handful of Web sites designed to be viewed on small screen, or using Mobile Favorites or an online service to sync content to your device for offline viewing. The current assumption is that everyone is connected to the Internet all the time.
